I understand that drilling and workover operations in Texas and Oklahoma may require travel to remote job sites, extended periods on location, and 12-hour shifts as part of normal operations. I acknowledge that assignments may require me to remain on site for more than 20 consecutive days, depending on operational needs.

I understand that work schedules, rotations, and time off will be managed in accordance with applicable Texas and Oklahoma labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations. I confirm that I am physically able to perform the essential duties of the position and will follow all company safety rules, training requirements, and site-specific procedures.

I acknowledge that the company is committed to maintaining a safe work environment and providing required rest periods, and I agree to communicate promptly with supervisors regarding fatigue, safety concerns, or scheduling issues.
