Brent Franklin
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rise Capital Group, a privately held investment firm focused on oil and gas asset acquisition and development. With experience overseeing significant investor capital across multiple active funds, Brent has built a reputation for discipline, consistency, and operational focus.
Coming from a blue-collar, hands-on background and highly versed in real estate, Brent brings a grounded, operational perspective to every venture he leads. He has been directly involved in the drilling and operation of oil and gas wells.
A seasoned entrepreneur, Brent has built and scaled multiple seven-, eight-, and nine-figure companies, bridging the gap between private capital and institutional-grade opportunities for accredited investors for more than a decade.
Driven by leadership, precision, and execution, Brent remains deeply involved in every project. A Texas native and former Military Police officer, he embodies the integrity, resilience, and accountability that define the Rise Capital standard.
Grounded in faith, family, and community, Brent's leadership extends beyond business. He is dedicated to building ventures that support local economies, create jobs, and contribute to the responsible development of domestic energy resources.
